Ms Agnes Koh was a delight to work and communicate with. Her passion for
etiquette was evident throughout her presentation and helped encourage
learning through participation. Even with more than 130 delegates, she had
no trouble bringing life to the programme. Many delegates have commented
that her examples were practical and help boost their confidence in carrying
themselves. We would definitely be honoured to work with her again in the
near future.
