This workshop had taught me many useful skills that I can use when I have any interviews or business functions in the future. I especially pay extra attention to the coaching on answering cell phone professionally and also how to greet and respect business partners and seniors. I am sure I will not have any difficulties handling business associates in the future.
Agnes Koh has collaborated with NUS Aerobics Club for many years. The workshop was both uplifting and enlightening to the students and Agnes was able to engage them with her humour and got the message across in an entertaining manner. In fact, we noted that some of the students who attended the workshop, continued to talk about the lessons learnt even after her presentation.

Etiquette and Image international’s class for SP Comperes was extremely useful as it was customized to the needs of an emcee in terms of being creative and dress to impress.
Agnes was impressive because she targeted the needs of an emcee that many of us did not take into consideration such as creativity and expression in style. Agnes is a very good coach because she is patient and addressed our needs. She gave good advices and tips. Taught us the importance of non-verbal communications. Agnes connects her audience on a personal level and it’s respectable that she makes it easy and enjoyable for us to learn. She is highly knowledgeable about the matter at hand and shared conventional etiquette that many of us took for granted. The books she gave to us were useful resources we could use in the future. I was chosen to be the volunteer for the makeup segment. It was fun as the girls managed to learn hands-on the importance of putting stage and theatrical makeup. Agnes made it easy for us to ask questions with her approachable personality. She was ready to answer the questions posed to per, and she made all of us feel comfortable.
Overall, it was an extremely enjoyable and educational experience in which many of us learnt something different about the role of an emcee and dress according to different genre of the events.
We would definitely employ her lesson again next year for the incoming batch of the junior emcees and recommend her to other clubs and organisations that may need her expertise.
