Train-the-Trainer Certification Program

An Etiquette trainer is an honourable profession which assist others in understanding the complex code to regulating social wellness. In Singapore, it is important that trainers undergo live training to refine their understanding, skills and approaches.

The Train-the-Trainer Etiquette Proficiency Trainer (EPT) Certification Program will ensure that you have harnessed all the skills and information needed to be the best trainer you can be.

When deciding whether a career in Etiquette Consultancy is right for you, it is important to ensure you meet a specific criteria. Are you well-mannered and gracious? People-orientated? Passionate about helping people achieve their social and behavioural goals? If you’ve answered yes to these questions, this program will help you achieve your goals of becoming a good Etiquette Trainer. Alternatively, this program is perfect for trainers who would like to incorporate an Etiquette program in their curriculum.  

The Train-the-Trainer EPT Certification Program is accredited by The Etiquette Alliance International, Asia-Pacific Region and will be led by a qualified Etiquette & Image International Master Trainer over the course of five days. During these five days you’ll be taught the skills of becoming a good trainer; aiding in the refinement of your interpersonal, technical and presentation skills. You’ll also learn how to structure a captivating training program, so that your clients remain engaged with your content and hungry for more. As part of our program, we will also provide detailed assessments which will highlight your positive attributes and the ones that need further developing. Upon completing the program, graduates will receive a prestigious EPT title after their names; denoting their qualification.

At Etiquette & Image International, we seek to provide you with the best training in a comfortable environment. To achieve this, all participants will receive a comprehensive Training Manual to keep as a study guide, PowerPoint slides, personalized thumb drive and relevant copyrighted materials. Furthermore, all training will take place in our pristine campus located in IMM Shopping Mall. A special visit to a fine-dining restaurant will also be provided, with complimentary meals and refreshments.
